Sejal Vyas

Sejal Vyas is a managing partner at 23rd Street. She has been with Metro Sports PT since it was founded in 1999 and has managed since 2003. Sejal received her physical therapy degree from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. Her ten years experience has focused on orthopedics and sports rehabilitation.

Sejal has worked with Nike over the past four years as a coach for the "Run Hit Wonder" program. Her interest in running started at a young age and she now assists all levels of runners from the occasional jogger to the triathlete with their orthopedic rehabilitation. She lectures to local running groups on topics related to running injuries, injury prevention and performance.

Sejal maintains an active lifestyle including running, hiking and cycling. She hopes to someday be an anchor on ESPN's Sportscenter.
