Joseph Redington PT

Joe Red is a founding partner of Metro Sports Physical Therapy, PC which opened its first office in 1999. Joe graduated from Holy Cross College and went on to receive his degree in physical therapy from Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. He has ten years sports medicine experience in New York City.

In addition to founding Metro Sports PT, Joe Red served as NYC Area Director for HealthSouth which is the largest provider of physical therapy rehabilitatio in the United States. Joe is recognized as a Clinical Knee and Shoulder Specialist by Healthsouth and continues to work as a clinical instructor to physical therapy students from all over the country.

Joe has extensive experience working with high caliber athletes at the professional, olympic, college, and high-school level. He is active in many sports/activities including running, cycling, golf, tennis and weight training.
